(so we don't need to make up money by 'stretching out the job' or searching for other things wrong).
We don't charge a hidden additional truck charge.
We can quote you by the hour or give you a written bid for larger jobs.
We won't quote you a cheap price on the phone & then arrive looking to raise money on you in other areas!
We don't tack on extras to get the price back up.
We charge by the hour and occasionally by the job. We have certain types of jobs that we can quote an estimate on (such as water heaters), please ask. We don't do UPFRONT pricing on all our jobs- and highly recommend never using it!!! Larry wrote articles published in national plumbing trade magazines speaking out for customers against up front pricing. Upfront pricing requires the service tech to OVERcharge you up front. They must cover any scenario that will possibly come up (regardless if it does or not). They also charge ridiculous truck charges just to come give you the upfront price (and you don't get that back unless you hire them at the higher prices). Tip: Stay away from upfront pricing for any service you hire!
