The macerating box is the main component in all the upflush units. If the product is listed on the home page with a toilet as one of the fixtures then the toilet does come with it. No other fixtures are included. Note that no toilets sold on the market come with seats.
Yes. These units are amazingly dependable & troublefree but there are things to watch out for. Bowl cleaners made with hydrochloric acid can be too aggresive & eat away slowly at rubber parts. Dropping a rag into some toilet models can cause a blockage (but buying from us, it's just a phone call to our master plumber to repair that quickly!!).

Refund & Return Policy: We will refund the purchase price minus any taxes, shipping/handling costs within 5 days of purchase. Units must be returned in saleable condition with all boxes, packing materials, literature, etc. in new condition. Restocking fees of 15% will apply.
